First Post

So, I'm trying to lose weight. And I'm changing my eating habits. I figured this will be a good way to track my progress.

I'm currently following the South Beach Diet. I'm having success. I'm on Phase One, and plan to stay on Phase One until my wedding in December.

I'll tray and keep this place updated with my meals, recipes, and things of that nature.
